Connect video output of VCR to the video input of a video monitor.
RF output will not display Eprom Data.)
Unplug VCR.
Short TP5V and TP502 on MAin Circuit Board and reapply AC Power.
The following screen should appear.

[STOP] : TO STORE NUMBER
[PROG] : TO EXIT WITHOUT SAVE
Verify that the Eprom data reads as follows :
VR689HF 672433733170000000
PSVR83 672433733170000000
If the Eprom data is correct, press the program button on the remote
hand unit to exit.
If the Eprom data is incorrest, Use the Number Keys on the remote
control to enter the correct Eprom data. ( You only get 20 seconds to
input the data or you will have to start again.)
To EXIT and save program data press the STOP button on the remote.
